Public Transport.
If you don't have a car then public transport is vital. Below is a picture of two of Ashby's numerous trolleybuses;
The trolleybus routes are comprehensive, covering every street of the town and are extremely cheap to board. Unfortunately, this was before the Second World War. Ashby no longer has a trolleybus network. It does have a couple of taxis however than haven't crashed yet.
